Codfish Gear Return and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your online Codfish Gear Brand purchase, return it to the address below.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Once we receive your package in its original condition, we will promptly exchange
or refund as you instruct.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing
slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price of
the item. Customer is responsible all shipping charges which are not refundable and must pay any additional shipping charge for exchanged items. All claims of shortage, damage, etc. mush be made within 72 hours
of receipt of the merchandise. All sales on custom decorated orders, washed
goods, or items sold at Cod Crew events are not returnable. When no proof
of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items
returned to us. There is also a $35.00 additional fee on all returned checks or fraudulent

As all imprinted promotional items are made to customers design. We cannot guarantee to ship the exact quantities ordered. There may be a plus or minus 10% over run or under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly, and remaining balance or refund will be paid accordingly after delivery.
